Cancellation Policy

The Casa Papelillo house rules exist so that 12 guests, 4 staff, and one quiet stretch of coast can share the same week comfortably.

Low / Mid Season

  • 30+ days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
  • 29-10 days to arrival: 50% refund.
  • Within 10 days to arrival: No refund.

High Season *

  • 60+ days prior to arrival: 100% refund.
  • 59-30 days to arrival: 50% refund.
  • Within 30 days to arrival: No refund.

The Casa Papelillo house rules

To ensure a serene and exclusive experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe our following Terms & Conditions here:

  • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Children: Casa Papelillo is a family-friendly estate. We welcome children (ages 2-12) and infants. 
  • Pets: Pets are also welcome (maximum of 2 pets per stay) at an additional cost of $100 per pet per night.
  • Smoking: For the preservation of our interiors, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Events & Noise: To respect the tranquility of the area, parties or large events are not permitted. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors require prior approval from management.

Home Security Deposit

Home Security Deposit: Please note that as part of your booking, Casa Papelillo reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused to the villa during your stay.

Important Information & Disclaimers

Everything below sits alongside the Casa Papelillo house rules in the full rental agreement.

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests assume full responsibility for the supervision and safety of children and pets. The use of all villa property (including access to the ocean) and villa facilities (including the pool), is at the guest’s own risk.

  • Check-in Requirements: A government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival to be admitted into the property. While we strive to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, they cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional Fees: Please note that additional charges may apply for any damages or extra services not included in the standard rate.
